Meet the team

We are an experienced and patient-centred team who are dedicated to achieving your prosthetic and orthotic goals in the Albury-Wodonga, Wagga Wagga and Dubbo regions.

Team APOS
We have a caring team of prosthetists, orthotists, rehabilitation doctors and engage with other health professionals such as physiotherapists to give you the best level of care.

Management

Adam Donaldson

Senior manager, Hunter and Albury Prosthetic and Orthotic services

Adam is a Registered Nurse and, after graduating in 1993, has worked clinically in major Newcastle hospitals. After a number of years implementing and managing Electronic Medical Records across Hunter New England Local Health District, in 2021, Adam commenced his role as the manager of HPOS and APOS.

Adam is passionate about providing personalised healthcare to our communities, ensuring patient interactions with his services are always to the highest standard.

Through his experience and compassion, Adam recognises that people with limb differences, especially people with a new injury, not only need a fit for purpose device, they also need the greatest care and support, and this is always instilled in his teams.


Kristen Dilley

Kristen – Acting Manager APOS

After moving from Adelaide, Kristen has spent many years in the public system and offers a broad range of knowledge in orthotics and prosthetics. Since joining APOS in 2021, Kristen has had a diverse caseload across orthotics and prosthetics. While undertaking her work in the Albury and Dubbo regions, Kristen enjoys the challenges that come with her role and her ability to ‘think outside the box’ ensures optimal outcomes for her patients.


Administration

Kerrie Grant

Kerrie – Administration

With extensive medical administration experience, Kerrie has an in-depth understanding of the care pathway and the many funding bodies available to our patients. She enjoys guiding patients and their families through the process in an effective way to ensure patients are welcomed and have a great experience.


Imogen

Imogen – Administration

Imogen (Immy) holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and worked in the private sector for two years before joining the APOS team in 2024.

She feels privileged to be able to assist patients and carers through the various funding pathways available to them, and is an integral part of helping to keep the department running smoothly.

Immy finds her interaction with patients immensely rewarding and is proud of being part of a team that is responsible for positively impacting the lives of the people that rely on the service.

Prosthetics

Marnie Malcolm

Marnie – Prosthetist

As the lead prosthetist at APOS, Marnie enjoys all aspects of prosthetic care for patients in the Albury-Wodonga and Wagga Wagga regions. Her passion for access to specialist medical and allied health services for patients in the region, allows her to advocate for better care for her patients. Marnie works tirelessly to foster positive working relationships with patients to ensure patients feels valued and supported even after they receive their device.


Jelena Campbell

Jelena - Prosthetist/Orthotist

Jelena completed her Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2002 and has been part of the APOS team since 2003. Over that time, working in a regional setting, she has cared for a vast range of people of all ages.

Jelena's expertise in prosthetics is in the areas of patients with upper limb and more complex lower limb differences.

Her patient-centred approach means she works with each patient at their individual level to ensure their needs are being met through customised solutions.


Rebecca G

Bec – Prosthetist

As one of APOS lead prosthetists, Bec prides herself on providing high quality prostheses for people with limb difference in the Albury-Wodonga and Wagga Wagga regions. Her attention to detail and desire to provide her patients with the best outcome, drives her to go above and beyond. Bec’s ability to build rapport and provide a supportive environment, leaves patients feeling confident that they can return any time for help and support.


Mia Khoury

Mia – Prosthetist/Orthotist

After working in Brisbane for 2 years, Mia moved to APOS in 2022 bringing with her an extensive knowledge of paediatric and adult patient needs. She enjoys providing care to both local and rural patients in Albury, Wagga Wagga, and Dubbo. Because no two patients are the same, Mia’s patient-centred approach means patient needs are met through mutual understanding, care and support.


Calum

Calum – Prosthetist/Orthotist

Calum graduated from a Bachelor of Health Sciences at University of South Australia before completing a Masters of Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics at La Trobe University. He worked in Western Australia for over two years before commencing with APOS.

Calum is passionate about ensuring people in regional and rural areas receive accessible, high quality and professional prosthetic care.

He enjoys the variety of the job and feels, with a combination of excellent knowledge of the human body and high-quality manufacturing skills, he is able to provide patients with prostheses that promote the achievement of their goals and desired levels of activity.

Orthotics

James Roberts

Jim – Orthotist

Jim has been providing Orthotic services to the Albury-Wodonga regions since 1992. His interest in rehabilitation and geriatrics allows him to care for a large portion of the community within the region. He enjoys the manufacturing process and seeing custom made orthotics go from design to development.


Marc Spence

Marc – Prosthetist/Orthotist

After many years working in major hospitals and private facilities, Marc joined the APOS team in 2018. Marc’s primary focus has been providing and improving access to care in rural and remote regions, Including Dubbo and Wagga Wagga. The challenges of coordinating care in these regions has allowed Marc to continue to develop relationships with other hospitals and facilities to ensure patients in rural areas have equity access to prosthetic and orthotic care.


Megan Wallace

Megan – Orthotist

Megan has gained extensive experience working with paediatric and adult patients, and has a particular interest in cerebral palsy, hip dysplasia and stroke. She enjoys spending time with patients to find solutions to meet their needs while seeing the positive impact her work has on those who reply on the service.
